What does the Frontdesk Anywhere service include?
Designed specifically for independent hotels, our unique economical fixed monthly rate includes:

Our optional Oboe Online Booking Engine is a pay-for-performance service. A small commission is charged only when a guest books online using the service.

Will Frontdesk Anywhere increase my sales?
With Frontdesk Anywhere, you get two new channels for business you never had before. First, you can book reservations from your own website. Second, you can choose to distribute your inventory to any of our distribution partners such as Expedia.com and Hotels.com. We are constantly building our distribution network so you can increase your sales.

How much does Frontdesk Anywhere cost?
We created simple tiered pricing scale for Frontdesk Anywhere so you always know what your fee will be. Oboe is free to have with a small commission charged for reservations booked through the service. Additionally, our Distribution Partners charge commissions for rooms sold through them. Distributing your inventory to partners is optional and not required to benefit from the other features of Frontdesk Anywhere. For a fraction of the cost of traditional PMS software, Frontdesk Anywhere is priced to maximize your return on investment enabling your hotel to run more efficiently and increase occupancy regardless of your size.

How do I pay?
The credit card you provide at sign-up will be charged on a monthly basis with your first billable month prorated. You have the option of paying for commission fees with your credit card or by company check

What involvement is required from my company's IT department?
Typically, no IT knowledge or involvement of an IT department is necessary to implement or maintain Frontdesk Anywhere. The service is accessed through the Internet via a Web browser and requires no modifications or upgrades to your existing environment. If your company uses a pop-up blocker, you will need to add Frontdesk Anywhere to its list.

Your data is completely inaccessible to anyone inside or outside your organization unless you have created a user account. Our servers are physically located off our business premises in a secure facility accessible only to a small number of authorized personnel.
